Usually my go to for tyres as they are local and reasonably priced, however this time has left me with a sour taste. took the car in due to slow air leak, got it checked and was told it was the valve, which they replaced for £18 which I would say is very steep (bare in mind this wheel and tyre was changed by them around December 2022), no problem paying but Issue is still persistent so the valve was clearly fine; found the inside edge was slightly buckled after taking it elsewhere.

Absolutely superb service. Came out today to find 2 of my tyres slashed along with 10 other cars in my road. Found it very difficult to get through to local tyre companies until I found Outen Tyres. Dave was really helpful and arranged tyres and fitting in less than one hour. Very good price and the fitter Connor called and came out within 20 mins. Very professional . Can't recommend Outen more highly. Thank you
