    This has got to be the best outdoor fitness company in Coventry. The instructors are great and really know their stuff. They are keen to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether that is just to become more active or push yourself towards a higher level and reach new personal achievements. But it's not just about that, it is the members as well. They are supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere is always happy and inclusive. And (when COVID allows) the socials are amazing. If you want to get a bit more active it's definitely the boot camp to join, and you get a free trial session to see if you like it. See you down the park!

    Not sure where to start as there are so many great things to say about Outdoor fit. I'm in my 50's and I have never felt so alive smashing every session with friends of all ages. I found Matt and his team 11 years ago and i'm still loving every session. There are sessions that work for everyone, if you like pushing yourself to places you didn't think possible - it's for you, if you want to just get fit with no pressure - it's for you, if you just want to come and meet new friends - it's for you. The biggest thing that keeps me going back for more though is the atmosphere , everyone will be made welcome , no cliques, no worries about what you look like, no worries if you think you can't keep up - you can and you will progress- nobody gets left out at ODF family - give it a go with a free trial session, a smile and a bit of crazy is waiting for you !! You won't regret it

    Outdoor fit is the best outdoor & indoor military/PT fitness training available. Matt and his friendly team of instructors have trained me for nearly 8 yrs now. I would never go back to a gym membership again. Suitable for all ages and abilities, and the members are all friendly, with great socials. Matt has made sure training can continue with covid safe measures in place.

    OutDoorFit is an amazing outdoor bootcamp in Coventry, based at the War Memorial Park. Matt and his team welcome all ages and abilities. Once you join you really do join a 'family'. The sessions vary night to night, including full bootcamp sessions covering most ground of the park, to HIIT or Kit sessions (when times allow). Want to get into running? They have that covered to with a Run Club or tabbing (Tactical Advance To Battle, running wearing weights is optional but beneficial). No matter the weather, a session will never be cancelled. I've been a member for 4 years and wish I'd found it earlier! If you want to get fit, meet new people, or are unsure if bootcamp is for you, I'd encourage everyone to try sign up up for at least a free trial! You won't regret it!
