Had great service here! Find it weird reading the bad reviews, I couldnt fault the service I got at all. I spent ages there messing around looking at various gloves and bags, but finally decided what I wanted after some helpful advice. They also kindly honoured a gift voucher which was just out of date, in very good faith. I thought good prices for great quality gear too, highly recommend.

A racist man runs this establishment; if you are a person of colour, do not consider coming here unless you're willing to be abused and robbed simultaneously. Apart from a general impoliteness to us, I tried to be impartial to Yusuf, thinking that it was just his manner. But upon thinking about it further, we feel he was rude to us ad hominem, he didn't expect we would buy anything because of how we looked (our ethnicities, the clothes we wore, the questions we asked, etc), and thus he tried to rid us from his shop by being prejudiced. For example, upon suggesting an alternative to a clearly over-priced range of down-sleeping bags (i.e, USB hand-warmers), he discounted by saying that they were most likely 'made in China' and were therefore flimsy. He said this whilst maliciously prying eyes upon my East Asian-looking partner. Further, he did not bother to show us the range of down sleeping bags, but simply bat us aside to come back at a later date: as if he couldn't be asked to make potential sale. The general rudeness, arrogance and bigotry, as well as the tense atmosphere he gave off made us aware that the comments he made toward East Asia, and China specifically, were of a racist tendency. We do not believe that anyone should shop here. The service is simply too disgusting to justify such high prices. Echoing a previous review left for this shop: if 0-stars was an option, we would choose it.
