Honestly, I have no idea why I didn't experience the same 5* treatment everyone else did in these reviews. The man I spoke to was SO rude from the very first email I sent. He was just so condescending- like this is YOUR business, what am I supposed to know about YOUR profession? I went on to move past the email and speak to him- same thing. Answered me as if I was asking stupid questions, told me my event was last minute, made slight remarks that were just unnecessary and unprofessional. I also run a business and customer service is always #1. So as I said, I don't know what I did to receive this kind of treatment but I had to review because there is no need to disrespect potential customers- YOU ARE NOT DOING A SERVICE FOR FREE. At the end of the day it was going to cost me almost £1000 for the event and I was willing to pay- but I am not giving my money to any business that won't talk to me with respect. Nonsense. Best of luck! I have now booked in with the lovely people at The silent Disco Company who also do outdoor movie experiences- I would rather pay them double than pay someone who speaks to me with disrespect.
