Bought a vango helium ul 2 from here . Had issues from the start. Outdoor action has sent back tent twice to vango . Once for repair second for a refund. The tent was made badly . Would like to thank them for there patience and resolving the problem.

I was really happy with the service from Outdoor action and would not hesitate to place an order with them again. I ordered a Vango Scaffell hiking tent from them and it arrived one day earlier than the target date. The tent was excellent value and I'm really pleased with it. It's lightweight but very spacious and so will be ideal for when I go wild camping in the lake District. Good solid company selling good quality gear. Good people to do business with.

Fantastic shop, I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. Brilliant prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a far better experience than those big supermarket like chain stores. Recently got a couple of fantastic deals off their “seconds stand” a deuter bag with a little rip and a thermarest pad. Mrs fancied an upgrade to out family camping set with a new double airbed where we got recommended a wild country curbar £20 cheaper than we could find it anywhere else. Just had our first night in it in the Yorkshire dales at the weekend, spot on. Now we’re fancying an upgrade on our tent, there’s only one place I’ll be visiting g to find that this week.
