Our company had hoped to use Outbrain to channel test and scale our marketing strategy for a new customer segment. Unfortunately, Outbrain's customer support has been *awful*. The conversion pixel on the website wasn't registering on Outbrain's Amplify dashboard, so we followed all available instructions to correctly install Outbrain's conversion pixel *three separate times*, including inserting it manually into our website code. Each time, we checked that the pixel was correctly installed using Google Tag Manager and Outbrain's own pixel checker, confirming that the issue was not to do with installation, but a technical issue with Outbrain's dashboard. At each step, we sent screenshots to Outbrain's customer support, requesting technical support. Their response has been to send us a *blog post* with instructions on pixel installation - the same blog post we used to install the pixel in the first place. Instead of fixing the technical issue, the Outbrain customer support representative has sent us the same blog post *three separate times*. As things stand, it has been over a month without even an attempt to solve the core issue. It's a real shame that such a powerful network is hampered by such poor customer support.
