Where to start? From my initial inquiry, to a very quick approximate quotation, to a visit to their workshop/showroom, to a survey visit where the entire process was explained, right through to delivery and installation, was absolutely first class. My beautiful awning was delivered as requested just before a special occasion in our garden, and we absolutely love it. So many compliments ( and cool shade for many on a very hot May Saturday) from our guests too. Lovely staff, and although quite a big purchase, excellent value for money. Thank you to the whole team.

I had my 4 metre long veranda installed by OUTASHADE. Prior to appointing them for the job, I've done a thorough research and decided to go with OUTASHADE as their sales team were really helpful and responsive. Also, I found their price very fair and transparent compared to others. The installation team was also excellent! Very tidy, friendly and punctual. Can't expect better indeed. Now I have an amazing veranda under which I can entertain my guests even in winter (and my kitty can go to the loo when it's raining!), and I am ever so pleased that I made the right choice. One of the best experience I've had with my house renovation.

Absolutely delighted with our pergola that has just been installed by Jamie and Matt. From initial enquiry and providing us with answers to lots and lots of questions to keeping us updated with the progress of the order and delivery we cannot fault them. It was worth the extra money to have fully integrated blinds at the time of manufacture . Subhana's advice on colour choice and options was really helpful. Having a wall mounted heater was also some great advice giving us, with the blinds fully down, another room to use in the Autumn /. Winter. The team are friendly and there is just no pressure to buy. It is great to support this local business who we highly recommend.
