Glad this shop is so close to my home, as it is such a handy place to get such a wide variety of organic products. Of course it's more expensive than other supermarkets, however I love having the choice to buy organic when I wish. Staff are always very polite and I seem to get served very quickly.

Such a well stocked store with literally everything I could want for, to do with natural health. But what really stood out, was the customer service! Ellie helped me with my query and also took the time to answer all my off topic questions about the store. My grandparents also owned a family run shop, just as Ellies Dad started OOTW 26 years ago. I just love seeing that this family business is still going so strong and the passion for what you do really comes through! Great to be given an alternative to the supermarkets' generic brands. Big fan :)

The prices are Out of this World.... I've shopped here for a while and they just put their prices up constantly. I'm no longer going for anything, having gone directly to suppliers to get the products I want instead, which is a shame as I love supporting local shops - But they easily charge over 30% profit margins and it has finally swayed me away
