I just got tiles for my bathroom from Tile Giant Warrington and I am delighted with the service. Gary especially is such a lovely man. He helped me make the right decisions by being attentive and caring. Unlike some of the other tile stores I visited, Gary was clearly there to provide a service and enjoyed doing it. I had been to at least 6 other stores before and they just couldn't be bothered because I wasn't sure what I needed. Thank you Gary!

I cannot recommend Gary at Warrington Tile Giant highly enough. His knowledge and advice is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate buying here again.

Do not buy tiles from this company unless you can garauntee theese will have all been checked and the job ompleted within 30 days. Due to a couple of delays on my kitchen extension the 600 x 600 tiles could only be laid just outside the 30 days and when being laid we discovered 2 completely broken packs on the bottom layer. When trying to return theese we were told that because of the 30 day rule we could not be compensated in any way. Whilest the tiles that are down look nice we will not be using Tile Giant ever again .

Zero stars for this place, got fined for parking. No one in store bothered to warn me of what I later found out I had to do. Typical car park crooks and possibly the shop in on it aswell

I echo what has been commented on the parking facility at the store. You have to enter your car registration number on a fiddly little tablet to validate your parking or face a fine. Can you imagine ASDA or Tesco doing that? The store assistant told me that the parking arrangement has nothing to do with the store and advised me that I only have half an hour of free parking in any case. I think that Tile Giant and the other tenants on the site should move out if they value their customers. Absolutely shocking!

I have given this store a 1 star review due to receiving a parking fine whilst at the shop. You needed to put your number plate in when you go into the shop but signage is not obvious and because I didn't do it ended up with a fine! I emailed the manager and he has still not replied. I am disappointed that a 30 minute trip cost us £60. I was going to buy my tiles from this store but have taken my business elsewhere. Very disappointed!
