Stunning place. Visited the driving range with my brother, we didn't realise this place existed or what was available. Reasonable price for 100 balls on the driving range £12, usual setup, booths lined up and you whack a ball, but the booths have trackman technology so you actually know how far you drive the ball. I DIDNT REALISE THIS STUFF EXISTED. It's awesome, plus it has settings to play games against opponents. Played capture the flag, closest to the pin and longest drive, was surprised to hit 183 yards with a lob wedge. Great experience. Money well spent, the golf shop wasn't able to provide any clubs though so make sure you have your own. Beautiful grounds and stunning views. Free parking.

The driving range is in really dire straits. All the mats are worn to the point of being bare and urgently need replacing. The balls are awful and also need replacing. Nearly all the bay heaters are broken, and the choice of tees is non-existent. It’s either massive or off the deck. Really needs some TLC and equipment upgrade to get the public mats to the standard of the teaching bays which look very good.

1-18 great course but even being fairly fit and young I could of done with a buggy. Not happy with some of the ladies tee positions (rather mean sticking water, trees and bushes a few foot in front of the tee box on an up hill tee, as pretty as it looks). Not keen on the walking bk into the group behinds play to get to the next tee and a killer alone doing the walk from 19+ through an un signed car park wondering where to go. But challenging beautiful course thats well kept. Hotel was stunning but the staff where mostly arrogant in the restaurant and bar. The evening meal was ok and the breakfast cold except the beans lid which was red hot (no warning or something to remove it) and wasn't worth eating. Great selection of danish pastries tho. Bed hard as a board, and haven't slept in a single bed since I was 12 (expected a double as me and partner). Nice place but needs some tweeking

Golf course was OK with the greens being very slow. The accommodation was Ok 3 star I would suggest. The bar staff in the club house and the service in there was pretty woeful. Overall just about 3 stars.
