We had several challenges to overcome and with each challenge, they kept the rapport going and ironed out all the issues. In my eyes, they deserve an OBE from the about-to-be-crowned KCIII Coronation on 6th May. Both Natalie & Rebecca showed that you can achieve at times the impossible to make it possible by getting quick answers and results. Our Move from Birmingham to the Basingstoke area was fraught with problems - the chain failed 4 times. Through all this Natalie at Oulsnam's was very patient and supportive.
