Arrived at 6.59 having driven for 40 Mins to arrive in time and the guy at the door just laughed and made a funny face that’s closed. Given that I wanted to buy cakes this is a) a terrible customer experience b) a waste of good revenue for a product that would otherwise be thrown in the bin. Either way I won’t be going back.

Staff needs to be trained, extremely unprofessional, every single time I have been in there. Today they had a couple waiting for ten minutes ahead of me (I was taking away) only to tell them that there was a twenty minute queue. The cakes are nice.
