We ordered Otto tiles and only half of them looked good, 43 out of 125 have severe defects. Our scheduled tiling job for January needs to be delayed as we cannot use 1/3 of the tiles. On top of that absolutely everyone in Otto is now on holidays from the 16th of December until the 4th of January. No one is in the office or answering emails.

Beautiful tiles and excellent, attentive customer service (unfortunately the wrong tiles were delivered originally and they were quite damaged but the team were incredibly helpful and arranged for the correct ones to be swapped over the very next day, with a super friendly delivery driver who helped me pack them up as they were a bit too heavy for me!). So thrilled with the colour and the look - would definitely recommend Otto as it was second time VERY lucky for me!
