Poor sales process and customer service. A week after I expressed firm interest in buying one of their vehicles they still hadn't given me a part exchange value for my current truck, and then sold the vehicle to someone else. No option offered to put down a deposit or anything and I only found out when I chased them for an update, as I hadn't heard anything for days. Very disappointing.
