Beware! They (Coastal Teak Ltd) came to our house without an advance notice selling their trees, promised that they will deliver to the LG floor - once the payment was made, they only brought the tree to the door front and said "we won't be able to carry this downstairs". Tricking you and being nice only to a point of payment and leave you hanging once it's done. Won't recommend them.

I purchased a teak table about 13 Months ago at considerable cost. This table showed signs of distress when it arrived. However, this was acceptable to us. Over the months this table disintegrated and became unusable. From my observations the tonged and groved construction of the table top was defective. They are not taking phone calls and so far have not responded to my email on this matter. i am glad someone got a refund better than receiving their rotten furniture

Beware!! This company seems to make a habit of taking your money, confirming your order, go quiet, then when you chase them up they don't even have the product in stock. Recieved an email saying refund could take up to 10 days! so we'll see but I hope not

We ordered Garden chairs and table from the website. Website easy to use and indicated stock availability with dispatch of goods in 48 hours. Next day got an email saying this was a preorder and stock may be available in 6 weeks. Requested refund and got it promptly. Disappointed with the experience.
