Worst experience I ever had with any company. After paying the deposit it took almost a month to find an instructor which was meant to accomodate my lessons based on the availability I filled in however I was only doing a week every three weeks until I realised it takes too long and I had to postpone my exam. After that, the situation became worst as I have asked for my money back from the company for the remaining driving lessons. In the meantime I even closed that bank account and after chasing them for two months, they came back to me telling me that they cannot refund me in another bank account and to speak with my old bank. I don’t believe they know how banks work and that once an account is closed , it is closed…

SCAM! They rush you to pay a deposit and then they don’t communicate once you have paid. It’s been 10 weeks since I paid and they are claiming to be finding me an instructor. I have since moved to a different driving school who booked me in within 4 days. I doubt these scammers will refund me

This place is a scam there fraudsters they take your money and block your number they've taken my money I paid a reservation fee of 73 pound I was then sent an email invoice to pay the rest 350 I felt skeptical and backed out and asked for my reservation fee back as they said they would refund me if any problems when I asked for my money back they blocked my number and my email and I've tried contacting on email and phone numbers they've blocked me I've reported them to the fraud team be aware even read there other reviews you can tell there fake go to the bottom and read the reviews everyone is saying they are a scam we need to report this fraud scam if a woman called Maria rings or texts she's fake and a Indian scammer

I paid and have been waiting for 3 months and still Otimo failed to get me an instructor. Then, I called some driving schools in my area and they are able to provide me an instructor immediately. Please avoid this scam.

These people run and came fast to take my money and I can't even hear a word back from these scammers a very long time now and I would need to send police there to get back my hard work money I don't recommend this place to anybody at all the scam people.

Like anyone else, I was initially skeptical about the driving school experience. I spent a long time researching and reading reviews before finally deciding to give Otimo a try. Though some of the reviews worried me, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
