Staff are friendly but the experience isn't great. Had issues from the start, was changed to a different headset after standing around for a while and then had different issues. Was told someone was coming to help but was left standing around for a while so I just left. Spaces are pretty tight as well and when it worked for a short while I felt the person keeping an eye interjected in the headset a bit much until I actually asked for help 😆 another company does an Assassins creed vr escape room and I found that a much better experience.

Took my partner to kill some zombies. . Such a great time. Staff run you though all you need to know. . And even gave us 15 mins free so I could check out half life. . Its almost to real. Plus you win points to get money off drinks and cocktails. Great for parties. Big thank you too javan and Samuel.

The experience was great. We had some difficulty in the beginning because my daughter has pretty basic English and she got stressed and we were generously gifted a voucher for additional session. The instructor was very helpful and comprehensive. I would recommend Otherworld!

Wow what an incredible experience. I went with my partner, brother in law and his wife. We had no occasion we were celebrating, just wanted to do something exciting rather than constantly doing housework on my days of work while the kids are at school. It brought out my inner child and I loved every moment of it. Thinking about doing this as a monthly treat. Why not we only live once so start living rather than taking life so serious all the time.

Absolutely incredible. Each member of the team was so friendly and helpful. Full guidance given and additional help is available should you get stuck on a game. The pods really help immerse you in the experience. The games are varied and offer great enjoyment. We had a 40min session but the lady let us have an extra 10mins for free! Will 100% be back again
