OT have done a variety of work for me at my home, including painting and decorating throughout. They have also undertaken pointing to the external walls and have dug over, then laid slabs in the garden, as well as other smaller jobs. I have always found them professional, friendly and great at what they do. They have always been very reasonable which always helps! Thank you, will be using again.

With all the recent heavy rain showers, we had noticed a few damp patches on the ceiling where the roof appeared to be leaking. Whilst the water wasn't exactly pouring in, it didn't look like it was going to get any better. I gave Tim at OT Property Maintenance a call and he came around to assess the issues. He went up on the roof, took photos of the issue and explained what needed to be done, the series of actions that would rectify it and how much it would cost. Over a few different visits, Tim sorted out all the various cracked roof tiles and mortar and hopefully the roof will be good for many years to come. We found Tim to be really friendly and he explained everything really thoroughly, so we knew exactly what was required and how he was going to tackle it. We've had several heavy rain showers since he did the work and there's not been a single sign of water leakage since, so we're very happy. I'd definitely recommend him and we've already booked him to come and do some more work for us.
