    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, it took 20 minutes for drinks, 50 minutes for the starter and nearly an hour for the mains. When the mains came there was a plastic bristle on the calzone we ordered! The manager/owner wouldn’t do anything to try and compromise with us. He repeatedly shouted at us while spitting in our faces and told us he was going to ring the police when we told him we weren’t going to pay the full bill, he also told us there was no complaints procedure that we could go through with. On the other hand the food was nice and the other staff were really nice but the manager/owner wouldn’t let them do anything like take food orders etc.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would, waited 30 minutes for a drink and 55 minutes for a starter. We asked about this to be told it was busy and we had to just wait!!! The food arrived and was nice however the customer service from the owner was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. We were SHOUTED at and told we must pay the full bill or he threatened to ring the police. I am utterly disgusted by this behaviour from an owner. Not to mention plastic on the calzone which he blamed on us, absolutely mortified as a customer to be treated in this way.

    I felt our dining experience was rushed from start to finish, the staff made it clear they only just wanted our money and get us out of the door , from bringing us the bill when we hadn’t even asked for it to clearing the table whilst we were still eating our meal , nothing like been rude ,my friend tried to order a starter aswell as a main as the waiter took our order he mutters something the waiter took the menu off us not allowing him to place that starter order , the staff waitresses constant pacing around your table made us uncomfortable , let people eat their meals in peace if a customer needs you they will ask other then that leave the customers to enjoy there meal with friends , overall I found it rude and unprofessional, no people skills atall sage to say my group won’t be coming back

    Birthday celebration meal for 7. Food amazing. Staff although busy very attentive as usual. Parking: Make sure you enter your registration on the machine just inside of the restaurant.
