This is the favourite of a dear friend. I had the veal escalope which was phenomenal. This place has great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Highly recommended. P.S. I think i will be forever known in this restaurant as the tourist who asked for Oat milk in his coffee…this was a substance I was newly introduced to and thought it was a good idea…in reality it made people laugh almost as much as ordering cappuccino at a time of day which is not breakfast…:)

This one star goes to the most pretentious manager I’ve ever seen in the restaurant industry. We saw a waiter clearing a table just outside the restaurant and asked if we can be seated. The waiter answered: I don’t know, go and talk to the manager. So we walked to the doorway and an italian guy appeared, he barely glanced at us and said yes, go and seat down. I asked him why the waiter couldn’t just sat us down? This most competent manager said: I’m his manager. Where do you work? Don’t you have a manager who tells you what to do? Then he just turned around and walked off. Wow. What a jaw dropper. This is your job as a manager to create a nice ambient atmosphere so your customers feel like at home and would want to come back and enjoy your food and a small friendly talk. What a great way to put new customers off! Great job!
