We all know about the quality of all the osstem products, but this review is more about the service of the Osstem group. Every single member of the team is always on hand to help, advise and sort out any issues that may arise. Ordering implants last minute or even switching sizes never had any issues. Huge shout out to our area representative Joel! Always looking after us and helping our practice grow. His training of the nurse and our TCO has been invaluable and honestly he’s become a member of our team. Thank you osstem and thank you Joel!

Customer service above and beyond any other implant company! Many a company can sell implant products, but they are not all interested in having you for the long term! I have worked with the team at Osstem Implant U.K. for nearly a decade now and for many a good reason! The quality of the Osstem/Hiossen product range is fantastic. The research and development that goes into these products makes for a safer surgery and enhances treatment outcomes for my patients. There is a selection of implant designs available and multiple surgical kits (Osteotomy Kits for analogue and guided surgery, Sinus Elevation Kits, Ridge Split and Expansion Kits etc etc) that facilitate implant surgery. After almost a decade, the team at Osstem Implant U.K. are more than a business partner, they have become good friends. Keep up the good work.
