Lovely shop with friendly staff. Couldn’t have been kinder whilst choosing my wedding dress, an awful experience in another shop had made me very worried and self conscious about going through the process but I was put at ease and got a beautiful dress that I couldn’t be happier with! The alterations were done quickly and exactly how I wanted them. Would definitely recommend.

I went to osh gosh gowns on Monday to have a look and get an idea of bridesmaid dresses the ladies were so welcoming and showed us a variety of dresses and colours, we would never of thought we was walking away with two bridesmaid dresses completely different style and colour. Couldn’t thank the ladies enough they made us feel so welcoming and comfortable! We will be visiting again for sure x

Been in this shop today, the customer service was non existent! The elderly lady was rude, arrogant and patronising. Telling me brides where only ivory, then ibruptly telling me there is a difference. I wouldn't give this shop 1 star, a special day is made more special by the customer service and my daughter was looked down at like she was a poor person, this was all from the first moment stepping foot in the shop..
