I visit Oseyo nearly every week and everything is great about this store but today, I experience a really bad customer service. I went in brought some stuff and went to the cashier. After paying, I kindly asked the cashier for a receipt, she didn’t say anything but she threw the receipt to me! when you can just kindly give it to me. Bad customer service, no manners seems like she didn’t want work there, no thank you, no smiling, just a really bad vibe going on in the shop. Didn’t see her name but the service was terrible.

Very disappointing experience and customer service. A lady who I think I heard being referred to as Dejar? I asked her to help me find a product and she proceeded to give me a dirty look and tell me she’s busy and to go away. Also was extremely rude to other staff members right in front of all the customers. Very uncomfortable. I feel bad for the nice girls that work with this woman.

There is no proper bean sprouts, only bean sprouts. Please take care of the Koreans who live nearby. There are only a lot of things that foreigners like.
