I was concerned about making a claim after having been injured in a cycling accident, but was directed to Osbornes Law by the London Cycling Campaign in order to talk things through. Osbornes studied the details of the accident to see if it was viable, took on the case and seconded a paralegal, Megan Lambert, to see through the whole of the procedure. Megan communicated and explained all of the options and was available to assist from start to finish, which was around a year in total. The assistance included the organising of physio once the NHS work was completed and medical assessment by both direct visit and telephone to see how the injury was improving. I provided details of the accident, including photos, and proof of any costs incurred and Megan oversaw the rest. What I thought might be quite a confusing business was made clear and simplified by good communication and legal process. Thank you Megan, Osbornes Law and LCC for your help.
