From the first meeting with Mark at their showroom to the final finish we had no problems with any aspect of the work. Great communication. Mark called in the evening of our visit to the showroom and assured us that the slightly different levels of the three rooms would not be a problem for the fitters John and Ian. And so it turned out. They laid over 40 sq meters of laminate flooring with underlay in under two days 'feathering' the uneven levels. Clean and efficient service. Delighted with the results. Brilliant service provided by very knowledgeable and caring individuals- we had our kitchen floor done 8 years ago, just before Christmas we had the lounge and hallway done to match. You can’t tell they were done so far apart they flow seamlessly. We had unforeseen issues with damp once the old floor was removed. Despite the extra work and layers required Osbournes ensured we had the floor completed before Christmas. Can’t fault them. Service: Install flooring

I just want to say that the service we received from Mark, John and Ian has been superb. They arrived when they said they would, worked tirelessly, and left us with a fantastic looking floor. When we originally had an issue with faulty manufacturing they instantly gave an undertaking to replace it. Mark in the office was a wonderful and effective link during this process. Absolutely shocking service. The company came out in July last year and physically saw our kitchen and then quoted to uplift our existing floor and fit the new one. They arrived to fit it today and refused to continue to do so as the existing floor had not been removed. It has since become clear that our kitchen is not suitable for luxury vinyl to be fitted despite them coming to physically see it themselves! Instead of apologising for their own mistake/miscommunication I was then spoken to in an extremely rude manner and told that they could only still fit the floor if I removed our oven, fridge and washing machine and the existing floor myself..... I have never heard of a floor company that would not remove the floor themselves or who would look to try and blame the customer for their own professional misjudgment.
