Some of this reviews looks so fake, the users with one review giving 5*, whereas the people with lot reviews are giving 2 star or low. Plus read the reviews of those users and use your brain. I wanted to do AAT level 4 with them but after reading genuine reviews, Il be looking somewhere else!

Great Atmosphere for classes, they provide personal touch with students to ensure the students can have the best learning experience. The virtual learning campus has a lot of activities and learning material for self practice and tutorial support is one of the best features I have come across to get quick and easy help for your questions regarding the course syllabus. Overall 5/5 starts for Osborne Training.

I really don’t understand how did I get myself into a poor organisation such as this one ☝️. Practically, they’re doing nothing for the students. As follows: -Staff of this organisation they’re always late. -there’s no space for break where you can have a drink/eat. -the software using its cheap -the fee of this course it’s slightly a lot compared to what they’re offering in fact you have to pay for each exam/for AAT in order to have access to assessments practice them and for the certificate needs to pay. -office staff includes owner of this company all arrogant and luck of confidences. -the whole building itself is always empty and all lights off. Basically, it gives really bad feelings that all cheap cheap nothing to do for their customers/students who in fact are the one bringing money. I’ll never ever recommend this poor organisation. Once you reach you’ll know what I meant all aspects mentioned above.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible experience as an external student taking an exam here, making an already stressful experience absolutely horrendous. Computers kept crashing, started 20 minutes late (another student was an hour late starting!), screen kept freezing during the exam and three times I got a “not responding” message which was very stressful worrying the work I’d done so far would be lost! The invigilators didn’t apologise once despite people being visibly upset and stressed. One person even walked out. Avoid at all costs. I will be complaining and reporting to AAT.

Terrible place to study. If you can please avoid this place. Unprofessional staff, no support, as others mentioned before tutor late. It was waste of time and money. So I finished my AAT studying from home by myself. It will be a lesson for me but if my lesson can save others money not to waste. So avoid this place by all matters!!

Now using Osborne Training for the second time to complete my AAT qualification, I just think they are very WELL ORGANISED with the learning and the campus is brilliantly laid out. 10/10 from me

The enrolment process was very easy. Staff very helpful with different elements such as trying to understand what you get for your money, content, etc. Using the virtual learning campus is easy once you give time to navigate your way around it. A good way to gain the SAP qualification online live without having to go to an evening class etc.

Having completed my AAT Level 2 Distance Learning with Osborne Training, and about to start my Level 3 with them, I can thoroughly recommend them. I have been well-supported, and receive excellent tutoring, along with all necessary resources. I have felt very confident in my career change largely due to them I believe!
