    We have used Osborne Books as our textbook provider for a number of years. The service is always first class - fast delivery and good communication. A lovely team of people who are always happy to help (e.g. Access to Tutor Zone) I find that the textbooks are easy to read, concise and get the main knowledge and learning needed for each of the examinations. The main improvement I would say would be for the Professional Diploma Synoptic workbook to be more updated with content. I have used another provider for this as I found it linked to the actual pre-release material. Other than this, Osborne Books are my number one choice across all AAT exams and levels!

    Books are good the contents are useful for the exam. not too much notes and not less… i’ve ordered osborne books via Amazon, but this time i’ve ordered from osborne website, order placed on the 13th April and have not received the books yet. (today 26th April) . had to call three times, sent an email to arrange the delivery. This delayed my exam booking date..
