Called last Thursday to be told by a rude receptionist to call back on Monday for an appt as they only work half days on Fridays. Called back on Monday to be told all appointments had gone and basically it’s my own fault was the attitude I got from them. Tried to go to my doctors to be told that only icash are allowed to prescribe the meds I need. Beyond a joke is an understatement. A service that only gives appointment’s out on one day a week is a shambles

They just saved my life. ..a very kind staff, they helped me very quickly with my problem, even if what I needed, the clinic did not have but very quickly and clearly, they gave me a referral where I was helped. I can't reveal many details, but I was very satisfied and safe. Thank you all ❤️

Booked for an implant removal which was easy and callhandler was very helpful. On arrival reception were friendly and helpful. I was very nervous about the procedure as previously my doctor had really bodged my last removal but the lady doctor and her assistant were so lovely and could obviously see I was nervous and totally put me at ease. Didn't even need the double appt I was booked for in case of a complication. Quick, easy and painless and I was in and out in 15 mins! Unfortunately I didn't get their names but I hope this gets back to them :-)

Rang yesterday morning to talk to someone competent about whether I needed to lower or stop taking my dosage of the medication they prescribed me due to my partner getting her std results back and them having coming back negative… because now it seems that im taking a medication for something that I don’t have (im awaiting for my urine sample results) … and the people in reception told me that someone would call me back… so I waited 4 hours but didn’t hear anything. I decided to call them back and told them that I am still waiting for their call, and I was told by the same person in reception that someone would call me back within half an hour… but again, they never did and the clinic then closed without anyone giving me a call!! It’s now bank holiday this Thursday and Friday and it seems that I can only call them again on Monday as they are shut until then, which means that I would have taken my whole course of the medication by then, making it a bit late to ask if I need to stop it!!! So unprofessional, inconsiderate and irresponsible.

I had been on the waiting list for an IUD with my GP for 5 months with no movement. After contacting iCash, I had all pre-appointment assesments and the procedure done within less than a month which I was really impressed with. All staff are very friendly, Covid measures made you feel safe, appointment was on time. The Doctor and her assistant were lovely and really made me feel at ease, I couldn't have asked for better treatment.

On hold for 50 minutes and could not get through to anyone, only to be disconnected when I became 2nd in the queue. What an absolute joke! Going to have to go to Dean Street in Soho for PrEP. Suffolk sexual health services are an absolute farce!!
