REALLY. really. Disappointed 2 rods. have been sent back in 2 years and now awaiting for the third rod to. return from head office its been. OVER. 3 WEEKS To come back so far telephoned. shop. 3 times they could not. find any reason why it took so long to come. back only. that staff shortage was the problem after paying over £100 .00. for returns its a. disgrace not a. customer service. expected from.
