Craig was more than happy to setup a demo for an amp I was interested in, with some speakers similar to what I have at home at fairly short notice. It was a very relaxed experience. No hard sell and Craig was very happy for me to take my time listening to a range of music I was familiar with. Pricing for the amp was spot on (couldn't have found it cheaper elsewhere), so it was an easy decision to go ahead with the purchase. I'll definitely be back when I look to upgrade other parts of the system in time.
