Whilst the receptionists and dental nurses are extremely lovely and have excellent warm communication - if you’re an adult with a complex case and want to discuss your options other than cookie cutter treatments, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Dr Majid took little to less than 5 minutes after seeing my photos and decided “absolutely nothing can be done”. He offered no real professional opinion that a Google search couldn’t offer. As a doctor, sweeping statements like this are against the hippocratic oath. The bedside manner is clearly reserved to easy cases, perhaps Invisalign for a 12 year old. With his back turned, he didn’t as much a say goodbye and dismissed me before asking his colleague about the next patient case. His colleague was also clearly ashamed and surprised by his delivery. Horrid experience.

Due to personal reasons I had to cancel and rebook my appointment twice; all staff members were very helpful and efficient with re-booking me in. When I arrived at the practice; I was met with a warm welcome. Latifah was fantastic and so helpful and very accommodating to my needs. I saw Dr. Saman straight away and didn't need to wait around he gave me the best advice and options for my procedure. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr Marjan several several years ago did my orthodontist treatment, i was a teenager. She corrected my bite with braces that i had on for two years. Life went on and as the years went by i really them started to understand what happened. My open bite and over bite came back and came back worst by the time i was 18. I went to see a specialist who only handles bite issues, your not actually meant to correct a bite before 18 because its a jaw issue and the bones are still growing until your 18. So i couldnt bite for years and then in my adult years, i had to get corrective jaw surgery, and braces all over again. Second time round of braces, they looked at my teeth in the xray and they said i had severe root resorption due to my first round of braces. Root resorption is when you have braces for too long or too forcefully and the roots of your teeth become shorter. Not to mention Dr Marjan sent me to get 4 teeth extracted as part of my ortho treatment. Conclusion, i should not of had braces and did not need them, they had to wait until i was 18 and my bones fully grew so they can see where my jaw was at. They were forceful with my treatment hence coming out with severe root resorption. If you are taking your children in for bite issues, always see someone that actually specialises in bites, ask them to monitor your roots during the treatment.

i came to the dental practice for new retainers as i lost mine and my usual dental practice in Bristol is unable to create new ones for another few weeks. the receptionist are very friendly and always smiling. dr ali was professional and had my retainers ready within a week. highly recommend
