FAQ
What is the history and background of your Russian Orthodox Church?
Our Orthodox Church of the Holy Apostles has its roots in the Russian Orthodox tradition, and we are proud to be a part of this ancient and rich spiritual heritage. Our faith is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures, as interpreted by the early Church fathers and the saints of our tradition. We strive to live out these teachings in our daily lives, and to share them with others through our worship, our service to the community, and our outreach programs. How do you approach and address social and political issues?
As a Church, we believe that it is our duty to engage with the world around us and to work for justice and peace in society. We do not endorse any particular political party or ideology, but we do speak out on issues that are of concern to us as Christians, such as poverty, war, and the protection of human life. We also seek to promote interfaith dialogue and understanding, and to build bridges between different communities. Can you tell me about your community involvement and outreach programs?
Our Orthodox Church of the Holy Apostles is committed to serving the needs of our local community and beyond. Very good Orthodox church. If it's your fist time have a speak to father Dionysus he's always welcoming new members. Beautiful interior and amazing image of Christ over the alter. Most people there weren't born Orthodox but we all found our way there back to the original church, without the error of Catholicism and Protestantism. Very welcoming place and great community.

An awesome, beautiful and welcoming church! As a church ought to be! Orthodox! I actually miss this place.... and the people...which saddens me...I hope Enid will go there when she's older.. Some nice friendly people there, I remember. Some people cannot deal with being Orthodox, as its not easy. I was baptised when I was 1 year old. I will remain Orthodox till I die, such a blessing to know the Truth.
