I’ve been receiving orthodontic treatment from Kirsty and Dr Jan for about 20 months. Aside from the results (which I’m extremely happy with), I’ve been looked after exceptionally well. They’ve been very accommodating with anything that has needed doing between appointments and doing what was needed to achieve the best results possible. A very helpful, friendly and skilled practice, and I’d have no hesitation recommending them.

I went to OG based on reviews and was willing to travel to get the best services, and I can confidently say they live up to every single stars. My experience at the OG has been so smooth and progressive. I loveee how my teeth has turned out and can’t believe they’re my natural teeth. Kristy has been there for me throughout my whole journey with Dr Jan’s guidance. Both knew what was best for me and I trusted them with the whole process. I’m sure they will miss me being one of the most calmest patient too, anything to make their job easier. This treatment was an investment for me and I can happily say the investment is truly worth it- I can’t stop smiling 😆 18 months flew by so quickly!! The support from the receptionist has been great too, they were to book me in at short notice, send me reminders, cancel any appointments etc.. I managed to get my retainers the next day after my debond which is crazy fast!! Thank you so much Kristy, Dr Jan and all the staff at OG who was there for my treatment thank you for making my teeth pretty hehe

I have had such an amazing journey with the clinic. I was told by multiple dentists/specialists from a young age that I will never be able to fix my smile and I lived over 20 years feeling insecure and avoided having photos taken/ didn’t smile. From my first appointment nothing was unachievable. Their knowledge and skill is unmatched. The personalised care is also unmatched. Everyone in the clinic is so kind and flexible. They worked around my working schedule and answered all questions with a smile. I couldn’t recommend the clinic enough! Thank you everyone! Particularly Dr Jon, Kirsty.
