Avoid like the covid virus, also not 20 yrs experience in braces, straighten, false, only after your money, the video only showing people with slight forward movement, not professional, no no, if the price is cheap its for a good reason too, ask her to show pictures of the adults work done, not children, a bad character just cannot stop laughing, as if laughing at you, avoid people, keep doing searches to find another place, but no here, go here and risk your face, be my guest, don't say i did not warn you. her work is done on easy jobs, on children where no damage or issues, when it comes to professional work, issues, her work is VERY POOR, up to you, go their and put on a brave face

Not good experience at all. Started off negative you are given consultation without orthodontist instead a receptionist/ training dental nurse.straight away she pitched how they don't offer traditional metal braces anymore but more for Damon braces.I thought I'd give benefit of doubt and give them a try. Than the second time got call back off Alena before i even started the treatment Alena tried to charge me full price £1800 plus extra charges for retainers and appointments. Even though 30 percent discount was on offer on there website for braces because I didn't budge Later Alena agree! Than as I got off phone call I found a groupon deal for metal braces for £736 for that day only 20th April both arches opg brace fittings. Obviously anyone will go for the cheaper deal if it's being offered with exactly same writing metal braces with opg fittings etc. only X-ray not included!! I decided to purchase the groupon deal. As soon as I mentioned buying Alena was annoyed which was unprofessional.she mentioned how it didn't include X-rays which I was happy to pay for extra.she also mentioned how now they have to alter the appointments to basically ( add more appointments to make money back a scam ) She also said about how the groupon deal doesn't include the damon braces strong wire which I've never herd of in my life my husband even asked what the difference is if the wires are she could not answer!! if your offering damon braces it should include the wires too the whole experience was just weired and more sales pitch .I felt I was about to be scammed!! long story short you don't meet ortho , you have to pay upfront full cost of braces£1800 and than pay £110 as you go to each appointment.plus retainers £460 plus X-ray £200.(you will end up paying much more ) (Basically ripping people off. )better professional orthodontists out there who actually offer consultation with an ortho and not a dental nurse !and won't try and rip you off every chance they get..
