Firstly, I just want to thank everyone at ORS for the help and the high quality of service they provided me from start to finish. I came into the store looking to set up a small home office (desk, chair and storage) unsure of a design or the types of products of which I wanted. I spoke to a young lad on the front desk telling him I was on a budget and roughly what I was after and he was a great help. I was shown on the website what products were available and then I was taken round the warehouse to see the items myself. Unsure of what was suitable for my office room, I had a lovely lady from the team provide me with a 3D drawing and show me what I could have with the space I had available – I did not know something like that was even possible! Once this had been finalised, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. The thing that impressed me the most was after chatting with the team and discovering they also provided for much larger scale purchases than my own, they still made me feel like my order was a priority and just as important. Something you don’t see much of nowadays! Some of the lads then helped me load up the furniture into my van and now it is all set up at home. Thanks again to the team, I will be recommending to everyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to the one I was in.

After a recommendation from my osteopath, I purchased an office chair for working from home. Wish I'd done this 2 years previously as way more comfortable now. Service from ORS was efficient & friendly. No advice from ORS required as per some of the reviews but I would highly recommend & am very pleased with my purchase - good as new (and significantly better value)
