Don't trust these people. Their lifts are closed protocol, which means only Orona can fix them. They are also running a scam where they are the only people who can replace their ropes. If you try to move on and let someone else do the maintenance, they will have to go crawling to Orona to buy the ropes and the software to reset the lifts. They dont keep enough spares, so you have to wait until parts come from spain. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor customer service, comprehensive contract took 2 days to come out to our lift in sheffield where they are based, then couldn't repair out lift had to call otis to sort it out. it wasn't a complicated fault, contract cancelled and now got excellent service from otis.

Absolutely disgusted with this company I reported the lift wasnt working in October 2017 its now july 2018 and yes although they have been out on numerous occasions to repair the same fault it still doesnt work !!! Now this is fine if your able bodied and can walk down 3 floors to get out but when you have progressive terminal cancers its extremely difficult if not sometimes impossible to do so Theyve even stopped replying to my emails in regards to the repairs They should be ashamed of themselves Im now seeking advice to inform my local council and newspapers to name and shame them

this has been a journey that I wouldn't wish on anyone, feedback on major issues is abysmal and service to realign the lifts that miss-align every few days is now none existent and we have a lift in a care home that isn't working, could not get signed off via building control and we have any number of excuses and upgrades to installation that have not worked, the staff resigning one after the other has made us feel we were in a game of musical chairs or a permanent revolving door system, we are currently appointing independent lift surveyors and instructing solicitors, not good.
