    I have previously visited the shop and had reasonable service, yesterday I clearly seemed to have visited on the wrong day. I had an elderly gentleman serve me. I asked for a bulb and was in turn asked the wattage. I wasn’t too fussed either way of the brightness. Once I responded I was told to go to another shop locally. I then asked the salesperson what they had in stock and he simply kept repeating to go to the local shop. He was so rude and has no people skills. I would avoid visiting especially if you’re going to be served by the elderly grumpy assistant.

    Really really embarrassed my wife and I today. We came in for a nice ceiling led light. With a healthy budget for the right item. As soon as we arrived the sales man Harminder seemed uninterested and very cold. He didn't attempt to answer any of my questions with accuracy or empathy. He even stated that I should have picked a light before my electric wiring g had been done and I was making a mistake choosing a light at such a late stage. He then proceeded to usher me to a different shop down the road. Wouldn't return with that experience and judging by other reviews if your not trade these guys don't have the time for you.

    Poor customer service. Unless you are a trade client they seem not to be interested. We are renovating our flat but just needed a 5Amp plug today but were dismissed and sent elsewhere to buy. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but definitely we will not be back.
