Gregory I am writing to tell you about my wonderful experience in your concession in Selfridges on Saturday. Adrianna, who dealt with me, was supported by Gregory, Maajda and Gabriel, the engraver. The support I got from all was incredible, and indeed to see such extraordinary teamwork. The Initial introduction from Adrianna, for which I must state I had never heard of your brand or even intended to purchase such a niche perfume, was so gracious. As the saying goes," I was in the right place at the right time". I am delighted to say I have now been won over being loyal to the Dior Collection (Oud Isphan etc.) for several years, which I am sure you do not often hear from customers, especially these days! Adrianna's product knowledge was second to any; I had never seen this globally. The customer service was also off the scale. I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in the store for over 1 hour, and let me tell you, it was the best experience ever. I cannot wait to spend more money and visit very soon to purchase more of your products for myself and my family. The personal service, care and attention I got blown away. They were all professional, polite, and helpful. Still, most importantly, in liaising with Adrianna, she listened to what I was saying and got to know me to match my needs, and did not do the fault of the other brands, especially the commercial ones, i.e. the hard sell. When she spoke, she was so factual regarding her knowledge that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes. Thankfully the advice I got precisely steered me to what I wanted. The sale of not just 1 but 2 of the unique collection and having it engraved just left me speechless, leading me to no doubts or regrets. I enjoyed being in the store. The team was faithful to the brand, the company and me, the customer, and that cost has no number/value. As a team, they supported each other despite being on individual commissions ( I am sure) themselves; each of them worked together, from packing the goods and ensuring the final detail was taken care of until I walked out of that store mindblowing. This made it an experience for me, an experience not something I had to do but rather when and if I wanted to. It was a case of me saying to myself; I will enjoy spending my money here. I can assure you of that. I started to feel at home and began to feel like a little boy in the toyshop. The service was incredible, and then I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed that much as it was now 4 pm. So professional, customer service driven, knowledgeable, polite and undoubtedly exceeded themselves in their jobs. I was utterly blown away by being treated as an individual and someone with whom they could relate and understand my needs, concerns, upsets and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT found anywhere these days. A sheer delight to say that Adrianna, Gregory, Maajda and even Gabriel were ambassadors in their fields. Shame on Dior, Chanel, and all those others who think they know how to treat a customer correctly; they need to spend a day with Adrianna and the team, and then they will know what customer service is. I cannot praise this product enough and these individuals, and thank GOD for your great company. I hope this message and feedback get to the CEO and relevant senior management. As such, feedback to me to say you have received this mail would be helpful. I also permit you to use this in marketing if you so wish.

Bought scented candle Mystere on line. It had almost no perfume. I presume something went wrong in manufacture. Customer service did not want it back and did not show any interest in fixing the problem. They just insisted that it had a wonderful smell. I responded that no one could smell it. They ignored me. This is really poor. I won’t risk £80 on another candle with them.

I had the best experience at the Ormonde Jayne boutique the other month. Paula was a delight - so welcoming and friendly. I love OJ fragrances but struggle to get access to samples and try them out as Selfridges in Birmingham is a bit hit and miss and the range is limited so I was so excited to actually be able to visit the London shop and spend some time trying out different scents. Thanks for a great start to my London weekend away.
