Fantastic business, did a Stella job of recoating my 10" dob mirrors, great customer service,really helpful as well. Just like to add had a couple of questions and they sorted me out really quickly , finally got to take the dob out after the obligatory cloudy nights , and WOW what a difference that Hilux coating made to my viewing , everything bright and crystal clear, all I can say is if your considering getting your mirrors done then take them to Orion optics, fantastic results from them

Maybe they can optics but definitely not customer service. Packing and shipping should be free if it says so at the webbsite when ordering and not, months after payment is done, required to pay the transportation. The deliver status was delayed and I can understand this but the information to the buyer should be a priority for good understanding why it´s delayed. The customer should not need to ask what the status is for every passed shipping date. And You didn't either send any information about when it should be delivered together with order confirmation from the start. After I asked for help from PayPal I got the information about that I needed to pay Carriage Sales Packing and Carriage £345.00. Nothing about this before except "Free shipping" in the shopping basket. I checked right now again and it still tells "Free shipping". I´m real glad I made the purchase through PayPal and that they helped me to get my money back. 🅽🅾🆃 🆁🅴🅲🅾🅼🅼🅴🅽🅳🅴🅳!
