AVOID THIS BUILDER !!!!! I can only describe this home builder as incredibly poor on all fronts, we purchased what we were led to believe was a quality family home and with a price tag just short of £500,000 that is what you should expect. The problems started at day 1 and have never been fully addressed we have water running down the walls in the garage, the bathrooms leak water into the downstairs ceiling space, the roofing is poor quality and we have lost tiles and dry verge (these have been replaced and have now come away again) The worst plastering we have ever seen in a new build property. THIS IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR THIS COMPANY we are on an estate of 19 homes and the majority of our lovely neighbours have suffered issues with this builder. We have now been in the house just over 2 years and after many remedial visits we are still suffering major problems. Our previous home was built by Barratt homes and we cannot believe that Orion is so much worse.

We are over the moon with our new Orion home. From our first visit Pati has been welcoming and kind. Pati, Nikki and Imelda have supported us through the process of picking our home, reserving a plot, the conveyancing process, picking extras, patience as the sale of our home progressed and through to exchange, completion and moving in. Pati goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome when you visit the site-even welcoming my parents and showing them my house and the same house style. Without knowing it at the time, that trip to site was the last time I saw my irreplaceable Mum and I will always be in her debt for how kind and generous with her time that Pati was that day (and every time we have visited). Our house is incredible-better quality than we imagined, full of extras that other builders charge for, a couple of very minor cosmetic snags but easily fixed by the site staff. We are so happy to you our new home. Thank you Pati and Orion for a stressless purchase 💜

I have recently purchased a house from Orion and I cannot believe the service I have received from this company from Pati Gracanin who has listened to me constantly worrying about the whole process to Imelda Bateman who has also had to share in my moaning .They have talked me through everything Pati sending me weekly updates on my house which is a lovely touch by the way . Now I've moved in and wow what can I say the attention to detail is unreal I could not be happier with my purchase the site manager Gerry meeting me the week before and showing me my new home what a lovely bloke also his number two Simon who even helped me move some rubbish . I can say in all honesty the service I have received from Orion has been above and beyond what I expected top company who really do go the extra mile .
