Very very poor service. Went in for food after paying I asked for chilly sauce to be told me don’t have any. Then when I asked for a drink was told only water or Diet Coke. Seemed like the place was closing down. Very disappointed ☹️

All the reviews that have been written prior to this describe the subpar and below required standards of food to perfection. The undercooked chicken and unflavoured, dry fries will essentially cause digestive problems the next morning. I ordered a donner meat tray for my wife and was presented with a box of fries instead. Thankfully, this error was quickly corrected and we were given the donner meat. The staff weren’t rude but they lacked basic customer service and communication skills that are pivotal for working in a takeaway like this.

I don’t see a problem with this place. Friendly. Decent food (I did NOT try the chicken lol) but lost a star for size of burgers. It was a bit on the small side. Buns were nicely grilled too. Thanks guys

Friendly service from the guy at the counter. Very nice chap. However and most importantly the food is terrible. The chicken lacked and flavour and was clearly not fresh. No use of spice in the batter and very pale in colour as a result. The wings were super greasy and salty. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I go here often and it's consistently good. I've never once had a problem. Chips are always freshly done, chicken is well fried but still juicy and the staff are always super friendly, plus it's way cheaper than most places. Five Stars.
