We went to Swann's of Woodbridge as from suffolk, what a dive they dumped a portacabin on site & called it a cafe to draw in punters as the plants are all rubbish! As I'm from Dedham we gave Original Landscapes a shot thinking the prices would be high, how wrong I was please go & enjoy an experience which they could charge for just to walk around. The lay out is wonderful plants & trees are fantastic staff are so helpful we were escorted around by Gwynne with expert advice & our needs & NOT for there profit. The prices are excellent & would recommend 100% which is why we purchased a willow tree, we have ordered with delivery before but go and take your wallet & enjoys a fantastic experience... ☆☆☆☆☆ once again thankyou

Owner has anger management issues, squares up to your face and makes violent threats towards myself and my property over a situation that did not need to get verbally abusive. No customer skills and also speaks rudely about other customers behind their backs to other customers, so professional! The altercation was recorded so if the owner tries to deny this it would be very silly of him EDIT: Notice how the owner does not reply to this one as he knows he is guilty!
