Very disappointing experience with this company. Paid for an item months ago that was to ready for delivery in December. Chased with email some time ago to be reminded that it would be delivered in December as advertised. Sent further email last week to discover there are issues with the items production and now not ready until January but reading the email this wouldn’t be guaranteed. Absolutely no communication from the company. I chased again as it was a Christmas gift. I’m assuming had I not chased I wouldn’t have heard anything. They’ve had my payment since the summer too. I think they need to seriously explore their customer service and not take money for something they have not guarantee of receiving. I wouldn’t buy from them again nor would I recommend. A very unpleasant buying experience!!
