I have been to Fi on 2 occasions for postnatal massages and can honestly say they have been the best massages I have ever had! I have been experiencing back and neck pain postpartum and the massages with Fi really help to ease this! This beautiful centre is a joy to work at. Entering through a courtyard, you immediately leave the busy-ness of the main road behind and join the peace of a tea room and antique shop. Up on the balcony you enter the Wellness Centre, where there are talking therapies and massage available. Everyone is friendly and professional, and I am proud to be part of this team of professionals. Defo recommend, whatever your body or mind may need.

I had a pregnancy massage today with Fi and can honestly say it was the best, most nurturing massage I've ever had. Fi took time to explain what the massage would entail, made sure I was at my most comfortable with pillows, sheets and temperature, and then gave such a fantastic massage, really concentrating on my problem areas. I was so relaxed I drifted off, which I never normally do! Will definitely come again for a post-natal version.
