We had our windows installed in Nottinghamshire by basfords using origin windows and a fron5 door . they have made a great difference to the front of our property. We have had 12 windows in our house replaced with origin OW 70 windows. Unfortunately we find that they are awful in the winter. Freezing cold frames and covered in condensation. We use a dehumidifer, extractor fans and keep windows open for a breeze etc but nothing seems to help. The installers came back several times to look at it but don't seem able to do anything about it and clearly did not know how to rectify the issue. I did not expect this with new windows and am gutted that we forked out for aluminium. I would not recommend these windows as they are not fit for purpose.

Great products I thought I would write a quick review on Origin, we have had three separate houses installed with Origin products in Nottingham from Basfords and one in our new home by Hbd systems. ( we moved ) The quality of the windows is 2nd to none we love the Bifold door‘s parents have recently had Sliding Doors which they also are really pleased with . What I would say is you need to pick the right company with experience to fit this as I have had friends buy Origin products and they have been installed with builders and had nothing but problems. I would support any British company in the present climate and this is certainly one that is going from strength to strength. Keep up the great work guys I know sometimes people just write negative reviews it’s nice to get a good one x James .

Generally a very good experience through our installer (Freedom - 5 stars) completely reglazing our home and enlarging some openings to modernise. Some delays experienced due to issues with our RAL colour. Both Freedom and Origin provided impressive short term solutions to mitigate the impact of this which we much appreciated.

I would strongly recommend Origin bifold doors and windows. About 18 months ago, we asked Freedom Bifolds to replace 2 bifold doors, a garden door and 2 windows with aluminium framed doors and windows from Origin Global. We live in a very exposed location and the new doors and windows have performed beautifully. They have dramatically reduced the draughts and increased security. In addition, they look good from both inside and outside the house. These are premium products that are worth every penny. We feel very happy with our choice. I would happily recommend Origin Bifolds if you are looking for proper aluminium doors and windows that perform well and look good. We will certainly use them again.

We had 2 bi-fold doors fitted 4 years ago and they have always let in air. We have just done our annual sellotaping of the hinges to stop this. Do not buy as expensive and poor quality. Wouldn't recommend.

I had an Origin Front Door fitted by Freedom Doors and Windows in 2019, it looks absolutely superb as you can see in the attached photo. I have never regretted getting a premium product and my friends and neighbours have all commented on how good it looks. I would thoroughly recommend this door.
