I saw a recommendation for this firm from someone else on my estate who has used them to buy their property freehold before. I contacted them and received a call from Robin who sent me a follow-up email requesting more details. I sent my reply and never heard anything back. I sent a further email to chase this and still never received a reply. Not even to say they couldn't help, despite having done it for a similar property before. Was pretty disappointing and a waste of time. Would not recommend them.
