Disappointing... today is Mother's Day, and they have delivered the worst bouquet I've ever seen! ...wrong flowers, small, dry bunch. Definitely not the flowers I've paid for! And when I spoke to the man on the phone, he was so defensive, and rude! They did deliver a different bouquet (the one I've actually ordered) a few hours later, but the mood of the Mother's Day was ruined with all phone disputes. I usually buy flowers from Burgeon, but at a time was in Southgate area... so took a chance and ordered flowers from this Oriental shop. Have REGRETTED it big time. Never again!
