I moved here three months ago and I'm so glad I discovered this place. The clinical pilates classes here are easily the best in London and I already feel a huge improvement. Helen is a trained physiotherapist herself so I know I'm in good hands. Having multiple issues and pains it's reassuring to find classes that don't exacerbate my issues but only make me stronger : )
