Best tailor in London - they have been able to help with every single issue I ever had, from altering dresses and trousers, to waistbands on skirts that have gone too tight, and even shortening sleeves on a knitted sweater! I used Orhan Tailoring back in May to do my wedding dress adjustments. I was coming from Australia, so booked this place based on reviews and their price list, and the fact they said their turnaround time was around a week to ten days. When I had my appointment, they advised their turnaround time was two weeks, and I had to sign paperwork that said I'd accept their work whatever comes. I had no other options because of my timeframe (despite booking my appointment ages ago) - and then at my appointment they advised that alterations would cost over 600 pounds. This bears absolutely no relation to their price list, and is at least 2-3 times higher than bridal alterations for every one of my friends at other places. Finally, the alterations themselves were really disappointing... the beautiful dress I brought in had the fabric puckered in certain places, weirdly gathered at the hips, so many loose threads where the beads sewn into the dress just fell off because they didn't tie the loose ends, the train didn't stay on the hook - for the cost it was very under average service. I can't recommend this place at all, and would advise friends looking for bridal alterations to go elsewhere. Service: Wedding gown alterations

Beware! Read all the other 1-star reviews before trusting Orhan's with your alterations! While the staff is friendly, their fees are ridiculously high and alterations to my suit were subpar. Required multiple visits and the end result was still not satisfactory at all. They offer a month to bring items back for further alterations, but I don't trust them anymore and had to cut my losses.
