it has been 7 weeks since my order - still no sign of my coffee. I have both spoken to and emailed the company/UK distiributor as well as the courier, my delivery address has been checked three times, I have had three different delivery dates - still nothing. The staff have been very friendly but neither helpful nor efficient. Very frustrating. At no point was I offered a refund, replacement or even a discount for the inconvenience and aggravation. Will never order again.
